At NitroAddict.com, we take pride in producing high-quality racing apparel, and accessories for hardcore drag racing fans. Every item is made with care, and some products are custom printed specifically for your order. Because of this, our return policy is designed to protect both you and the small-batch production process we use.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

âś… Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

âś… Incorrect Item Received

If we make a shipping mistake and send the wrong product, we will replace it with the correct item immediately.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Because of the nature of our production process, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

❌ Custom-printed/personalized items
❌ Limited-run or event-specific items
❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or used

Most of our items are not part of this policy, but if an item is custom produced specifically for your order, it cannot be returned due to size preference, buyer’s remorse, or design changes after purchase.

3. Exchanges for Apparel Sizes

We want you to get the right fit, but because apparel is often printed specifically for each order:

  • Size exchanges are not guaranteed.
  • If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for:
    • Return shipping back to us
    • Replacement shipping for the new size

4. Return Process

If your return or replacement is approved:

  1. We will provide a return authorization (RMA).
  2. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
  3. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  4. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

Please allow 3–5 business days after processing for refunds to appear on your statement.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked delivered by the carrier, NitroAddict.com is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address due to customer input.

We will assist in filing a carrier claim but cannot guarantee reimbursement. We’re pretty lenient on our terms, and we handle every situation on a case-by-case basis.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production or fulfillment begins.

Because many items are printed immediately, cancellation availability is limited. If production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Again, we’re pretty lenient. We want our clients to be completely satisfied with their purchase and will accommodate most inquiries, whenever possible.
